Home watch is a subdivision of Cabin Check, Inc. and is a service that watches unoccupied homes. We have 2 basic plans:  

Plan A is for Snow Birds, vacationers and families that will be away from their homes for an extended period of time and need a periodic inspection by a trained inspector to make sure all is okay internally and externally.  The owner can choose the number of inspections, and other amenities they desire.

The cost per internal and external property inspection is $25 per inspection With a report delivered electronically immediately following the inspection. The number of inspections is determined by the owner's needs.

Plan B Is for families that will be gone for a short periods of time, up to 12 hours for family events (Funerals, weddings, anniversaries) the rate is $35 per hour to a maximum of 12 hours and will be watched by a trained law enforcement officer.
