Cabin Check, Inc. takes the worry and work out of owning a cabin or unoccupied property

Cabin Check is about people. Not only do we bring serenity to our customers knowing their unoccupied property (cabin owners, snowbirds, or families celebrating events) is in good hands when they are not there; we also provide a link to the community so cabin owners feel they belong and are part of the area.

Cabin Check’s local area coordinators and inspectors are aware of community events and pass this information on to our customers, thus we assist in promoting the customer's and community's welfare. Cabin Check is part of the community. Cabin Check Coordinators/inspectors are partners and this promotes more interactions and quality service.

Cabin Check, Inc. is insured, licensed and has an impeccable record.  Our philosophy describes our desire to do quality inspections.

Our customers come first. Cabin Check is here to assist you by watching your property when you are not there.  If a problem is observed you are  immediately notified so corrective action can be taken, with your prior approval.   Cabin Check’s goal is to become a partner with you by providing whatever assistance you need so you can have serenity when your property is unattended.
