	Coordinators/inspectors are local residents so they are knowledgeable of local climatic conditions
	that could be detrimental to your property.
	Local Coordinators are knowledgeable about changes in area zoning and other governmental
	decisions that could affect your property.
	With the owner's prior approval we will remedy any problems that need immediate attention.
	Cabin Check personnel are area residents and their close proximity enables them to be the               key holder for owners with a security system.

	rectification.
	We can save you time and money by checking your property so you do not have to make a
	special trip to property.

	Cabin Check coordinator contacts you to find out what service fits your needs and  go over
	inspection details.
	A contract is signed by Cabin Check and the owner/representative that outlines our obligation and reassures  that you that all information is strictly confidential.
	Our inspection plans commence October 15 and ends on April 15 except our custom plan where      dates are determined by your needs.
	Temporary minor repairs are made as necessary, with your prior approval.
	Problems or potential problems are immediately brought to your attention.
	Inspection reports are either mailed, e-mailed or sent via a smart phone to you after each inspection.
